Nir Creative
mindful connections & creative solutions
Structure + Creativity + Wellbeing
At Nir Creative, I partner with individuals and organizations through workshops, consulting, and freelance / ad-hoc support — blending structure, creativity, and wellbeing to generate purposeful projects and outcomes.
- Structure: practical project management tools to improve organization and direction.
- Creativity: art-based methods and creative problem solving to co-create solutions.
- Wellbeing: simple mindfulness and resilience practices to stay grounded and better manage stressors.
Nir is Tamil for water, which often symbolizes fluidity and change. It’s vital to approach project work with flexibility and responsiveness — this is a guiding principle at Nir Creative.

Wellbeing & Arts-based Practice
Storytelling and visual practices are a powerful way to express, connect, and carry community stories forward. Bringing creative practices into projects allows for greater relatability, connection, and lasting impact. Alongside art, I weave in mindfulness and cultural sensitivity, centring BIPOC voices, and trauma-informed approaches. My training includes the Applied Specialization in Mindfulness Meditation (UofT), Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness Facilitation (UofT), Usui Reiki Level 3, 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training, and the U Lethbridge Oral History Summer Institute. Examples of community-based workshops and offerings:
- Reflective writing workshop with Jothi Creative Wellness
- Project Management for Artists Workshop with Workman Arts
- Intergenerational Storytelling Workshop with the Brampton Library and Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA)
- Writing & Reflection workshop with Tam Fam Lit Jam
- Active Listener – Workman Arts Rendezvous With Madness Festival
- Write & Release Workshop with Kabra Care, Amsterdam
